Routine inspections are a vital way of ensuring the tenant is looking after your property adequately
Hassle free routine (mid-term) inspections
- A standard inspection will look at the general cleanliness and tidiness of the property, as well as note any signs of damage, misuse or other possible areas of concern
- General pictures are taken for reference, as well as any necessary specific pictures
- A concise report is provided by email as a PDF file within 24 hours of the visit
- Routine inspections help identify any issues, but can also help prevent problems from arising in the first instance
- Inspections are usually carried out either every 3, 6 or 12 months (depending on your requirements)
